Our blooming cups come equipped with adhesive wells and v-shaped openings on the edge will give you the perfect fan every time.
DIRECTIONS
Secure your blooming cup on your lash palette using double sided tape. Dispense 1-2 drops of adhesive into one of the compartments. Create your fan, dip and remove excess adhesive by stroking the base through one of the v-shaped openings on the edge of the cup. This will leave you with a pointy base.
