Education & Involvement
One of our highly trained educators will be your lead for the course. An OutLash educator has at least two years of experience in their field and has gone through the OutLash Educator’s Training Program.
No, our training is specialized and focused on lashing so no previous experience is required. Each province and state has their own rules and regulations pertaining to practicing within the beauty industry, we encourage all students to look into your individual province for more information.
Yes, you can. Financing information can be found within each page of the courses.
Unfortunately not, our courses are non-refundable. OutLash promises to deliver a well-thought out course and experience for you, giving you the highest level of education.
It is best that you begin with the classic course as it’s the foundation to eyelash extensions or to combine your training by taking the Dual Course.
It is expected that you find your own model, however, OutLash can help you find a model if needed.
OutLash will provide you with all of the products needed for the course.
At this time, only our Curl Lock and Tint Course is available online.

No, it is not.
OutLash carries only ‘silk’ lashes which are made out of PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) which is a high performance engineering polymer. It's more expensive, trickier to colour and manufacture but lashes made from this material are soft, strong and have a gorgeous, natural glossy sheen. This is what makes our line different from synthetic lashes generally acrylic based which can be stiff, and have a plastic-y feeling.

Orders within Canada are shipped on a two day priority via Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been completed.
Yes, a 20% restocking fee applies to all changes once it has been placed.
If you’re local to the Calgary area and surrounding, you can choose a pick up option. Local pick up orders can take up to 48 hours to process.
Refunds are only offered on defective products.
